    It's an ok product for beginners to use. I had the Turtle Beaches XP500 and I love it but it wasn't able to be used for the PS4. I bought this figuring the wires wouldn't bother me but yet again, still disappointed with all the cords and doesn't make a great product. It feels very cheap

    I was really disappointed with this as all the perks did not work for PS4 use. To make it usable one has to purchase another product that cost another 35 dollars. It does work with ps4 but no volume controls.

    The sound was somewhat acceptable, with decent quality, but I couldn't wear it for extended periods of time comfortably. Also, the control panel thing wasn't very good.

    at first we were pleased. they looked good, fit great and had pretty good sound quality and the mic was fine. This gets used by one person whom hangs it on it's own hook when done and after a few weeks, the ledt speaker started cutting out. a few days later, the speaker quit completely. we tried it on several other devices just to make sure and as we thought, it's the headset. I've never been more happy to have purchased the extd warranty. taking it back tonight and am not getting that brand. ever.
