Ive owned 2 other headsets (P11, PX21) and i must say that this was a disappointment. When i found out that turtle beach had came out with a new headset with the option of being able to connect to your phone and still play i was a bit excited about the idea. But it was a let down. Even the P11 have better sounding speakers and they're cheaper. If you're debating between these or the px21, go with the px21, theyre louder and clearer. needless to say I will be returning these asap, im so disappointed with them im willing to even get store credit for them.

    Breaks easily

Headphones sounded okay, nothing too exciting. The problem is that the flimsy plastic part that holds the ear cup to the headband on one side snapped and the headphones are now essentially useless. Turtle Beach may honor their very limited warranty, but you'll need to procure your own shipping materials and pay for return shipping; they won't send a label. Too much trouble and expense for something I got on sale. Better to just avoid Turtle Beach.

    Careful PC users...

These were great for while they lasted, my PC rejected the driver after a few hours of using them. This caused my $1k PC to blue screen repeatedly. Once I located the problem and removed the px22 driver my computer was fine. So, beware PC users make sure you get the warranty or a return policy with these headphones just in case it does the same to you.
