I'm not a gamer but my son says it works great. Not a bad deal at all for the price.

The headset is easy to use and sounds great. I don't know why exactly you would have a detachable mic, unless you just wanted a headset. There has been no issues with the headset yet.

Got it for my son and he loves it. We have several headphones but this is the one he chooses to game with every time.

Got this one for my wife because she was jealous that I got my son one....hahahaha I didn't want to spend more than double the amount for the wireless headset because you connect this straight into the controller. Works well and I would definitely recommend it.

Sound was great when I tested it with my iPhone. However, I did notice that the sound was not very load when hooked directly into my xbox controller. That could be a issue on my end, hence the 4 star review. Great for the price though.

Got for my nephew. Great deal on sale and he loves it.

You get what you pay for is all I can say about this, not too comfortable but I guess it’s better than a dollar store head set

Was going to buy a good quality headset for my son. A bit pricy at $40 but worth it until I got all the way home an realized I needed an additional $40 adapter for the controller! No thanks. Im sure it’s a good headset but wasn’t happy that it didn’t come with adapter.

its a good headeset and it blocks outside noise pretty well. My only problem with it is that the wires are a little long and it can get a little tangled, but besides that it's fine.

I was just looking to enhance my gameplay and I looked for the cheapest option at my local store. This one is perfect for very basic use, I don't play much online so it was just used to enhance single gameplay. Great option!

Works great for gaming, the sound is very good, it is well worth the money spent.

This headset is awesome compared to the triton ones I had before. My only gripe of any is that the volume seems a little low. Otherwise it’s a great by. My friends don’t hear background noise and hear me clearly.

We bought this for my niece so she can play with her brother on PS4 down the hall from eachother. Works great and much quieter for everyone else.

This headset will get the job done, but your friends might complain about the quality. Definitely a good starter headset that will make you wish you spent the extra money for an upgrade. Sound quality isn’t the greatest, and the size pf the microphone annoys me while I play. If you’re on a budget, but I recommend spending a little bit more money for a higher quality headset.

As an audiophile I would say this is a decent headset for the price, but there are much better out there. This was bought for my son who is just getting into gaming and he seems very happy with it.
