Good sound, great consumer service

The mic boom wasn't working when I pulled it out of the box and I almost returned it to the store but decided to give Turtle Beach a chance to fix it first. After a few minutes of troubleshooting the Turtle Beach rep was sending me a replacement mic. They sent it standard USPS and took less than a week to get to me. The fit is a little small, the adjustment is maxed out on my head and it still feels a little tight. The boom mic is on the left side only. I realized I prefer a rotating boom over a fixed bendable boom that comes with this headset. I like being able to flip it up when not using it in chat, this headset doesn't do that. The plug is straight which I like better than the 90 degree plug that I've had on other headsets. Overall I'm happy and will buy Turtle Beach again.
