I had issues with echoing so I ended up buying a different headset because I was tired of being able to hear myself.

I'm using for conference calling for voice over IP and connecting it to a phone jack on a cordless phone via an adapter. It works great and is very clear. My only concern is the that mute/unmute switch is very sensitive. I have the same function on the phone and don't use the built in one on the headset. I have a piece of tape over it so I don't accidently bump it. I got such a great deal on them that I bought 2 keeping 1 as a spare.
