    It is ok, I had let the customer service rep know that I am very hard of hearing and needed a pair that was loud enough for me to use. These were cheap and they do work but did not meet my needs.

    Easy to set up. Just plug and play. We tried a different manufacturer the first time and you needed an adapter in order for it to work properly. With this you just plug and ready to go.
