The mic picks up clearly on sound and they are sturdy built for plastic, but the sound quality is lacking. They sound tinny / hollowed without much bass or mid tones.

I went to return them and they said I needed to contact the manufacturer. I did and still have not heard from them. I ended up buying a new set of headphones and they are working. Not sure why they other ones died.
