You can use the console to control volume so no need to spend the extra money on the next level headset

My grandsons use them everyday. They love talking to their friends while playing games!

After a couple months of use, they stopped working. I gave it a fair instead of poor, only because I've had different brands of headsets and earbuds, none of them seem to last very long. I was hoping to get more use out of these though.

I have purchased 3 of these for my sons and myself. I am down to my last one and its connection is loose. The other first started losing microphone quality and intermittent function with both incoming and outgoing audio then were completely useless.

Overall works well but sometimes can hear an echo on my end when talking.

Curbside pickup was fast and easy staff was extremely helpful

Perfect budget headset, especially if you just use the xbox for single player games. I hardly use my xbox but this headset was perfect to get the job done.
