Couldn’t get warranty covered at Best Buy and having to deal direct with Turtle Beach. Took me 10 days to get an RMA and I had to pay return shipping. Buy the coverage- it’s cheaper.

I am down to my last one and its connection is loose. The other first started losing microphone quality and intermittent function with both incoming and outgoing audio then were completely useless.
