Have to put it in just right and make sure the lines line-up perfectly on the connector, but once that got connected properly, it started working perfectly.

These work just as good and just as clear. Playing online with friends, they have told me they notice a better clarity in my voice. Microphone works great, can hear everything. Good headset for the money.

I didn't want to spend more than double the amount for the wireless headset because you connect this straight into the controller. Works well and I would definitely recommend it.
