My son was excited to get this since his wireless turtle beach broke so i got this cheaper version in replacement since i havent been working in the last few months. Im sick and make it to the store or a drop off and asked if UPS can pick up from my lobby but they said no. Ive ask to speak to a supervisor many times but they never let you and says they will call you back but never do and also hangs up the phone.
