I could barely hear my teammates, sound was weak turned all the way up, and this unit feels even cheaper than stock Microsoft headset. Needless to say I returned them and got the mirlcrosoft adapter so I can use my own headphones. Problem solved. I cannot recommend these even as a budget headset.

They break easily. Loss of sound or you hear a static noise on them. I had the protection plan which was only I believe 5$ for 2 years which is a steal. Had to replace is like 3 times in a matter of 6 months. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the WARRANTY.

I got ahold of Turtle Beach and they are sending a new one.(Turtle Beach has great customer service also! Responded right away from the email I sent with my problem). Just wish it would've worked and not have to wait for a new one.

We bought them as a stopgap measure while we waited for better headphones that we'd ordered to arrive. That's the only circumstance in which I'd recommend these.
