    Although I don't personally use these, my son does. He does like them. He did have the sound go bad, after 3 weeks or so. We were able to take them back, yet (Elite member); and get a new pair, but then decided to purchase the additional insurance.

    Although initially great, it lasted about 2 months. The crackling in the speakers almost immediately began and finally one ear went bad. And the second ear finally broke. Think it was the cords. Not built for younger users.

    after it was returned they sent the refund in the most complex way as possible really wish you funded my original card because I still can't find the refund card at all

    Yeah! It broke down in 2 months. I would not recommend it. My son uses it daily so the PS5 and the mic started to muffle and then completely broke. Sound is fine.

    Bought the headset in July..broke in August, can’t hear on one side.. manufacture has one year warranty so I am waiting for the replacement. Other than breaking, when they worked, my kids enjoyed them.

    If you're looking for something cheap. This Headset is that. You can communicate but everyone will tell you they hear all kinds of feedback. Background noises pick up really bad. In game sounds aren't clear. Might as well just have a pair of ear buds in
