My only complaint is I wish the mouthpiece was permanently connected, also, after about a months worth of use the mouthpiece doesn’t want to stay put in the position you put it, it will drift down.

But, one ear went silent before the extended warranty ended, so we got an upgraded pair at no additional cost.

Good all pupose headset

She uses them to chat with friends on her phone and her xbox. Only Issue I found was the microphone didn't connect properly and had to be "fiddled" with to make sure it was secure.

The features are great and easy to use, The main feature that sold me on the ring product was the option to share videos of any suspicious people with neighbors that also have the ring device.

It's a gift and a curse because nite he's very much indepth with playing that he sometimes didn't hear me calling him. Its a universal purchase as I see him using them for multiple things like his 3ds and cell phone too. He's happy so that's all u can ask for.

He can use it for gaming on his PC/ PlayStation/ or iPhone. It nice that you can take off the mic so you can just use the earphone. In the flip side not sure how well the mic is going to hold up considering you have to plug it in and out constantly.
