I took it back to BBuy and tried to exchange it for another one of the same type. Of course, they were "out of stock", so I had to purchase THIS higher priced model of a maker I'd never used before. This EAR Force set is so tight,even when fully expanded, that I get headaches...and I've been told my head is small for my bodysize. The mouthpiece seems to slide in snugly, but will fall out at the most inopportune time. The incoming cable doesn't come up one SIDE; no, it comes up UNDER the chin...the 2 wires are formfitted together until they come within 4 inches of my chin, which puts a great deal of pressure against my cheeks and jawbone, and severely limits my ability to twist sideways. If I was about 5 years old this set might fit and MIGHT last 3 months. For now, I bought another G430 through Amazon, and relegated the Turtle Beach to backup/spare status.
