The first set he received for Christmas 2017 stopped working after about 8 months. When playing a game, the mic stops working and only one earpiece functions. I bought a second pair for him and the same thing happened after only a few weeks. I’m getting him a wireless set for Christmas 2018 and just need this set to last until then...no dice. Picked up a low budget Xbox branded set that has worked flawlessly without a single hiccup. Get it together, Turtle Beach.

I was able to exchange the first pair since it was within the first 30 days after purchasing but now I'm out a headset.
