No mile of wires to get tangled in, sound quality is great and very affordable. I am glad I chose this product. It isn't clunky and loose like my old Turtle Beach x12 and it was half the price. It fits my head very snug and is very comfortable.

Description on box and BestBuy website leads you to think it's included. Never used it. Just came across it recently, still in the box. So I gave it one star.

I'm a gamer and I personally wear the Astros. Anyway my son plays online almost everyday and needs the mic to work well. This maybe just a fluke. However if others are having issues with this model and brand, I would not recommend these.
