    This headset worked great for 1 month then problems with mic and others hearing you . I'm very disappointed I bought cheaper headsets that worked longer than this one.Bought it for my son for Christmas now it's completely broke . I plan on contacting Bestbuy over this issue.

    My cell phone earbuds headset is better

    At first, I enjoyed the new headset. It's only a month old, and I'm returning it. At first, audio was clear, and nuanced, and mic picked up my voice better than my cell phone earbuds. I was able to overlook some odd details until audio problems came. Odd details: the "V" wires from the main cord to each ear are really short. They almost don't fit my head. The Buds of each ear are at 30-degree angles connecting to the headband so you wear the headset tipped forwards. Then the audio problems started. Audio problems: Headset cuts out and disconnects from party chat intermittently. Mic intermittently gets choppy and cuts up your voice. I understand from my friends that their version of this model does not have this same design. I assume turtle beach changed the design somewhere. I do not recommend this model.

    Worked for a while ...

    We bought two of these, one for each child. They mostly used it for watching / playing content on the iPad. I would estimate they used it 2-3 times per week for a few hours, or in the car - so a little rough handing was expected. Purchased for about $40. I tried them a few times, the sound was good. When you touch the cable between headset and connector it does make sounds on the headset and you can hear it. We never used the microphone that was included (nice accessory). #1 -- right ear piece stopped working. First I thought it was because the iPad case was in the way (it was a little trouble to keep it plugged in with the Urban Armor Gear on it). Later on it just did not work at all ( about 7-8 months used ) #2 -- One day my child came to me saying the headset was not working, when I tried plugging it in, I felt the connector was a little loose. When I pulled on the connector, it came out of the housing jacket and detached from the headset cable. ( about 11-12 months used ) [ manufacturer warranty has now expired so, guess they are heading for recycle/trash ]

    I got this for my boyfriend and know that this brand is one of teh better ones and was suprised when it arived at my door a day early. Vary fast, great job!

    Ive had this headset for a few days and its been working just fine, ive had the same exact one years ago and it’s lasted me a whole year. I thought why not get it again since its been good to me years ago, let me tell you that was a bad idea. 3 days in and the audio still works but to everyone else all they hear is lound wind like noises and cannot hear me whatsoever. Super disappointed with this product

    Don't buy save your dollars.

    Headset lasted for 5 months. The mic stop working and I can only hear the other party, they couldnt hear me. Don't buy the warranty. A waste of time and money. No representative or live person to speak to, I had to email Turtle Beach no response poor customer service. I will not purchase again or recommend this headset to anyone.

    It was an amazing headset! Still is! Most of the time... I don't know if I got a defective headset, but what I do know is... my headset doesn't connect to the headphone jack sometimes, its like a 50/50 chance. :/

    Mic doesn’t work with PlayStation

    Mic came broken. Crackled in and out and wasn’t consistent. truly frustrating. Thought i was leaving the store with a working headset.
