Felt cheap and the mic and sound is bad compared to my Turtle Beach 700 for my PS5. I went back and just bought the Turtle beach 600 Gen 2 for my Xbox instead. You get what you pay for. The more expensive headsets are worth it. trust me !

Worst headphones ever

I pulled them out and the jack was stuck in my controller. Then about a week ago, they broke again for the same reason. They have poor ventallation so my ears get red after about 20 minutes of playing. They have awful padding. I do not recommend this at all.

Unable to return per shop b/c of not having package it came in. did not buy warranty and regret that. Useless and waste if my time and money.

Poor quality

The volume was very low, the mic was not loud. No one could hear me. I ended up taking these back for a refund. I have a different headset thats halfway broke and the clarity and mic is 10x better.

What is even worse is trying to get help from Turtle beach support. I assume the company name was chosen to reflect the speed at which they respond to problems. Will be taking both sets back to Best Buy for a refund.
