You will need an adapter to use these 'phones with your PC if you have green/pink connectors for the mic and 'phones (Like most computers). The Best Buy site fails to mention this. I used an old Turtle Beach 7.1 surround module to get around this. Great sound for the money. I was very impressed with the clarity and tone of the music.

I needed to replace my polk audio striker zx headset, which was a good headset until I broken them. I bought the Turtle Beach Ear Force Recon 50x and they're good. I like how you can control the headset setting better than with my old headset. I like these and would recommend to anybody looking for a quality headset that's not too expensive.

I bought my son this headset as he started playing multiplayer games. So far he has been using it with no problems and he seems to like it. I tried it on myself but felt the fit a little too tight. Sound seemed decent enough but as I mentioned it was intended for my son and he's liking it so far. I'd recommend for a good starter headset.

For the price you can’t beat these headphones. We tried others priced similarly from Amazon and my son said he couldn’t hear. These did the trick. The Xbox is his first gaming system so we are new to all the accessories. This was an excellent way to start. He says they’re comfortable on the ears too.

Great sound and mic especially for the price. I like not worrying about charging the headphones and they don't really make a noticeable drain on the controllers battery.

I like it for the price. It gave me a slight crackle when hooking up directly from the controller that we could not get rid of. So get a longer cord & go directly to pc. I still recommend it for the $26 it’s cool .

Good if you don’t hold your controller down, or have a controller older than a year. If you do, it’ll be some issues, but this is the best wired headset you can buy out there for cheapest.

Bought another set for similar price about year ago. Diff brand and from lame Gamestop. More or less started falling apart. I finished it off rolling over it in my office chair. Then set sounds good enough. I hear people and they hear me. More expensive sets give you more base and treble I presume. but for the price this aint bad at all.
