Turtle Beach quality, great as ever

My niece loved the replacement and her and my son chat daily over Xbox live with these. I really liked Turtle Beach sound cards back in the day and this headset works great as well.

Awesome headphones

Good for games but bad for music

These were serviceable for gaming to hear footsteps and gunfire but, they fell way flat when it came to quality of music. It was hollow and tinny. Would recommend for gaming use only.

More then I expected

Turns out its a huge deal. The detail of sounds is awesome! You can hear things during game play that you couldn't hear through TV speakers. Plus I can wear these and not wake the baby or my wife by having the TV volume on mute.

They are much more durable than the $200 Astro set that last less than 3 months and the company wouldn’t stand behind. Great headset if you aren’t looking to spend a fortune!
