My son is happy with the product he has other headsets but loves these the best. Turtle Beach have the best sound quality and noise canceling qualities.

Son is on 4th set of these. He says sound is great, but they always seem to break at earpiece. If you buy GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!

we utilize this headset for elderly parent with hearing difficulties. this allows her to hear the tv programs without blasting the rest of the family.

I upgraded from the XL-1 to this, what a serious difference in a good way for sure. From the size to the sound quality, these are def worth the expense.

It's pretty easy to set up, once you get the wires out of the way. The sound is awesome! And I really like that I can hear my own voice playback to me.

Been looking for a set for my son and fit the bill for online pc gaming. Sound is good and mic is excellent. So, background noise but could be fan.

Excellent sound quality, very easy to set up and great sound feedback, my only complaint is that the cushions on the speakers are prone to squishing as to where the speaker irritates my ears.

We bought 4 Turtle Beach gaming headsets and they have all broke at the same spot. The wire close to the headset has shorted out and my sons $160.00 wireless headset has stopped working! WE WILL NEVER BUY turtle beach. The customer support is the worst as we found out the hard way! We buy Hyperx headsets for the kids rated the best!!!

Worked as expected, read that it would work worth ps4. It did but you need extra cables to play comfortably. Also has many cables

I've been gaming for several years with Turtle Beaches. For the price you cannot beat the sound quality and the gaming edge that the x12's give you.

After several use's from all us, we find them well balanced and well made, we are a family of gamer's and will buy this headset again as these wear out, Good job turtle beach..

took a while to get used to with all the sounds but once i did they were great. They weren't the most expensive ones either which was great.

Could have spent more, but my grandson says he really likes and is satisfied with his headphones. They seem to made well. Have been through 5 others that only lasted a few months.

This was ordered for Christmas.The packaged arrived earlier than promised. It was easy to set up. The sound quality is excellent. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

if you have too have a wired set this is not going to break easy on all the other wired sets the wire broke with in a few weeks if use this one has held up for months so far

Wow -- no wonder why my Stepson wanted these. I tried them on for size (haha) and they are incredible. The sound quality makes one seem like we're actually in the game.
