Good headset that works with PC too

So I read the instructions several times and made sure I was hooking it up correctly. still didnt work. I disconnected it and tried it for my PC. It works good there but not for what the main purpose I bought it for. As far as shipping and ordering the product goes. I was pleased. I got it at a reasonable time and price. But i would not buy this product again.
