Usually after a couple months if i press the volume up or down it jumps all over, to the point where if I try to turn the volume down it might jump to the loudest possible setting or it might turn volume to a very very quiet setting. Turtle Beach needs to release a new version because this is getting ridiculous!

It has a quiet, but noticable “fuzzy” background noise (like on an told tv set to the wrong channel) which is annoying, especially in quieter games or when watching movies. There’s no way to tell visually which preset us selected which can be annoying. Overall, I’d buy it again but I expected better audio quality and functions for the price.

Amazing product
