Works great while enjoying some Xbox time I really like the fact I can adjust the volume of game and voice while chatti mg

At first i was a bit confused with the functionality (regarding specific buttons) but after going through the manual it was very easy to get. I really like it. It's very cool to be able to separate in-game audio and chat volume in a single button. I havn't noticed batery drain either so it's very efficient too.

I spent a while looking for a chat/game mixer that wouldn’t break the bank. This is a great replacement for the original Xbox One controller adapter. Don’t buy it because of the “super human hearing” it’s just a volume boost. 5 stars because it works great but I do have a couple recommendations. Make the mute button bigger, it’s arguably the most important button. Also, the red light on mute button blinks when it’s muted, it should be solid light for quicker recognition since the blink interval is slow. Would definitely recommend. Since most almost no headsets come with a mixer now days, glad to see someone is still making this standalone product. Great to have the controls right at my thumbs as well, no extra cords like you have with some other mixers.

This Turtle Beach adapter really came in clutch, when i switched from a headset with all tht controls on the ear cups to my hyperx. Can control game volume ans chat volume, depending on the in game situation.

It's very good. I love having control of the audio quickly.

This is great for muting in game with xbox - especially if you are using discord chat or another platform in game

I needed a solution to have a microphone and headphones for my Xbox experience. Rather than buying a gaming headset, I purchased this and used Apple headphones. The standard headphones with a built-in microphone and an 1/8" barrel connector. This allows for me to turn the volume up and down, mute the mic, and change the mix between chat and game sounds right from the audio controller. It's great.

A little pricey IMO for what it is but its great to have voice chat & game volumes easily at my fingertips. The middle mute button is super handy as well. Does require an update to your controllers through Xbox the first time you use but only takes a min or two and you're good to go!

My son had been having issues with connecting his headphones into his controller to have voice and background while playing his favorite games. I searched for months as well as factory resetting his xbox one, to no avail. I read a review about how this small device makes everything more comparable. First try, plugged his inexpensive turtle beach headphones into this adapter and voila, worked like a CHARM!!

This adapter has both game and chat volume control and the mute button illuminates in a red color when applied so you will know that the mic is muted easily. The in game amplified sound button illuminates green. works perfectly with newer xbox controllers.

I first bought this to use a headset on an original Xbox one day one controller as they don’t have a 3.5mm output. I find myself still using it on my new one x controller because of the functions of it right at your fingertips. Nice that it has a mute mic button so I don’t have to use the one for the headset. Along with chat volume separate from game volume. Haven’t used or tried the mic monitoring yet.

This product really enhances your ability to hear as well as being able to adjust certain volumes on the fly is truly amazing!

Excellent, used with standard Xbox one controller with hyper x cloud headset. Worked as advertised. The "superhuman hearing" button basically just makes everything really loud...kind of feels like a gimmick but being able to modulate chat vs game levels is extremely worth the money! Only downside is that you have to have the manual or know the mic and sound preset settings by heart for them to be useful.

Recently both of our Xbox remotes no longer worked with a headset. It was probably from the plug constantly being put in and out all the time. I thought I was going to have to purchase new remotes. That is until I found out about this adapter. After plugging this into the bottom of the remote we were able to plug in the headset.... And it worked!! Saved us from having to purchase a new remote. Worth every dollar!!

This came with my Turtle Beach headset years ago but it broke so I got the newer version and it works the same. I've used it on Xbox One and Xbox X controllers/consoles and it makes adjusting volume super easy. Works with multiple headsets, not just Turtle Beach ones.
