    Mouse scroll wheel lasted 7 months

    Purchased this mouse in March of 2025. Nearly 7 months later the scroll wheel is starting to break down. Scrolling down on the mouse wheel will frequently register as an up action as the first input before it correctly starts to scroll down and vice versa. I would heed the other poor 1-star reviews from other reviewers. Was hoping that I wouldn't get the same defective scroll wheel but here we are. Would not recommend.

    I didnt really like this mouse but i also have small hands. If u have the space on ur desk for the stand good, if u dont then its just in the way and its annoying.

    If you plan on using this for work AND/OR gaming, it will barely last a day of use. I was susprised to come back to it the next day after using it for work to find that it was so dead that it had to charge for 10 minutes before it could even boot up. That is some of the most pathetic battery life Ive ever seen. Ive tried turning the lighting affects off to see if it makes any difference. No way this is worth the price point. Logitech is the way to go.

    Best mouse I have ever had, the best part is the mouse button by your thumb. I use it for crouch in games and it is amazing.

    I have been looking for a mouse that has at least 6 thumb buttons to map for hotkeys and after purchasing about 5 different mice I found this Roccat. Has everything I need and is the most comfortable mouse out of all the mice I tried out. A winner in every category!

    Nice mouse, if you connect the dock station simply in the socket, then the mouse is not charged. Push from the laptop

    This ROCCAT KONE XP gaming mouse is finicky. Had it about a year and a half and the roller wheel started to act up. The software to adjust the settings for each button is very small text size with no way to increase the size. There was even an updated version that came out while I had this, but it was barely any better. Returned this mouse and went with a Logitech. Their software is sooooo much better and their mouse feels better in the hand.

    The mouse is on the heavier side which might take a little getting used to. The mouse has five buttons on the side which are easy to program for any function. Unfortunately, there is a common issue with the scroll wheel where the sensor inside does not register when you move it up and down.

    Used it for about 2 months. Enjoyed using it while it worked aside from the setup process that made me want to rip my hair out. Now, after said 2 months of use, the battery dies every two days, it won’t charge, when using the dock, it disconnects from the computer and won’t charge. The Roccat program says it has 50% charge then drops to 20-10% in minutes. When trying to connect it directly to computer via a cable, it connects and disconnects rapidly until I unplug it from the computer. If you want a long lasting mouse, I’d recommend looking at Corsair. I’ve been using ironclaw wireless for over 3 years and still works like a charm.

Please try resetting the mouse both through the reset function in its advanced settings tab within Swarm as well as the recovery tool that can be found within Swarm's update center.
