Headset is great. The sound on the headset is phenomenal, you can hear the footsteps of your opponents of which direction they are coming from. Definitely a game changer.

The product itself is great, but nowhere near as awesome as the employees who helped me! Chris did amazing with assisting me on replacing the item (especially being new to the job), and Connor was a superb coworker who lent a helping hand with the replacement protocol on the store's system. Tyler was an excellent supervisor making sure these two gentlemen were offering the highest quality of customer service. Keep up the amazing work everybody!

It is a decent headset, with good audio and a decent mic. Good for if you need a cheaper option

I got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. He said it fits really comfortably on his head/ears and he connects it to his PS5 controller. There are different settings on the headset (i.e., volume).

This is my third pair and I love the upgraded charge port using the USB-C so I can easily charge all of my devices with the same type or cord! Great sound, my friends never complain that my mic echos in game and the flip up mic to mute feature is my favorite. I highly recommend!

They work good just wish they were bluetooth & sometimes its cuts off while listening to music on spotify

Bought 2 of these headsets with microphone for my nephew’s, ages 7 and 9 years old. They love them and enjoy being able to communicate with one another! I chose them because they were compatible with a variety of games.

For the price these are great and are VERY comfortable I’ve owned them for a while now after purchasing from Best Buy and I will say I have had ZERO issues!

Head set is pretty decent for the price. Not super expensive. People do complain that your voice echos when talking because the mic os to close to your mouth.
