For 25 dallors, you can get yourself a pretty good headset, they are completely plastics but somehow it works their surprisingly comy for long games session, i totally forgot about the mic wich is super good for the 25$ i paid these are really good highly recommend.

This headset fits the kids and the ear pieces fit over their entire ear so they are comfortable for them. Sound is excellent and the mic is also great.

The headsets are perfect for our needs. When purchasing, we considered sound, look, comfort, portability, and price. A driving force was price. These were purchased within our budget and, quite frankly, they deliver quality of higher priced headsets. Turtle Beach is always a solid decision. The only downfall would be that they are wired, which can only be circumvented by an increase in price to another group of headsets. Great headsets. Great fun!

The Turtle Beach Recon 50P is a surprisingly impressive headset for its price. The sound quality is clear with good highs and decent bass, making both gameplay audio and voice chat easy to hear. This is a really good headset at a low price point of $40. Its comfortable, the sound is good and it comes with a detachable microphone for multiplayer communication.

Decent headset for the money. Has good sound and mic works well. Doesn't noise cancel and mic doesn't retract. Fairly comfortable to wear during long gaming sessions. It is great for a backup headset or to allow others to use.

This is a great product. It’s comfy and can be adjusted for different head sizes. But, it does cancel out noise. The sound levels can be adjusted, as well as other players microphone noise. As long as charged for long enough, it can be very efficient with battery life. Buy one while you can!

Short and quick... comfortable, mic detaches if not used, light-weight. Sounds pretty natural, not over-boosted. Used mainly for gaming.

No lag from wireless. Fit is good. Not to snug amd doesnt hurt the ears as much. Sound is great

These are decent and cheap. The volume isn't as loud as i hoped but for the price point you cannot really complain. The ear muffs are comfortable and doesn't cause your ears to sweat. The mic is clear and doesn't pick up too much background noise. I did notice an echo and you can hear yourself talk. However i think that may be an Xbox issue and not the headphones. As after a while the echo goes away but then comes back. Overall these are very decent for the price point. We got 3 of these for our household, so the kids and us can game together and chat without having to yell across the house.

Great product out of the box ready and durable. Nice comfort fit also. Only complaint is the price went up for them since last year.

For a budget headset, this one punches above its weight. Audio is clear, the mic works great for party chat, and it’s comfortable for long play sessions. Works well with Xbox and PC. If you need something reliable without dropping big bucks, the Recon 50X gets the job done.

They're headphones; so far they're holding up decently. They're about 9 months old now, so despite what a lot of new Turtle Beach naysayers disparage, them seem pretty decent for the price. Quality is what you'd expect with the price tag, but in a pinch, they do the job.

After looking at all the $60 -$100+ headset and almost giving in to purchasing a headset for both the Xbox One and PS4 since all of them were system specific I ended up pulling this from the bottom shelf and its Universal!!! Even the clerk was suprises they had this after about 20 min of looking and doing research for me. I did have to buy an adaptor for the Xbox one controller but even still the headset with the adapter was less then your standard system specific headset. Has great sound, feels comfortable, and its Universal!!!

Headset fits nice on head and doesn't hurt eats and I can wear my glasses without getting in the way,and sound is good.

I can't say that I have personally used this headset, but my 10 year old son uses it regularly and says that it's the best/clearest sound quality headset he has used thus far. I must admit, I really didn't want to spend this much money on a headset (have purchased the cheaper ones at 5 Below and some random brand at TJ Maxx.) Both of these were substandard and broke pretty quickly. So, finally, I caved and bought this one. No complaints from my son so far. He said that it's very comfortable and the sound quality is very good. I'm a bit concerned that the microphone arm might eventually snap and/or come lose, which is what happened to the other headsets I've purchased ( and since he tends to move it around periodically) but so far, so good. Only time will tell, I guess. Overall, he is very happy with this item.

Really great for the cost and the most comfortable i’ve tried at this price range. They don’t get very loud with game volume but it’s worth the trade off if you just need the headphones for casual gaming.

These headphones are very good if you are a casual/hardcore gamer that doesn't have a lot in their wallet. These headphones have a lot of pros few cons. Pros:Clear audio, Very comfortable as advertised, customizable volume, off or on button for mic, you can use for gaming or just watching a movie, you can also use these headphones for most phones,very long lasting (have used these headphones for more than 6 months now and they are as good as new),and my favorite thing about these headphones is that they are VERY durable. Little sibling twisted it? No problem! Dropped it? No problem! Threw it? No problem! These headphones can be a very easy fix if broke, warranty not really needed greatly. Cons are: Very few times for me I feel the plastic top of the headphones hurting my head when I play for long periods a little bit despite the headrest. Another con is if you have a big head these will not work very well for you. I am personally started in my teenage years and have to use the max suspension for the headphones to fit my head, and my head is below average to average size for my age. Overall if these Cons do not matter to you much, these are an excellent choice! If they do matter to you a little bit, I reccomend you try it out and if it does not work for you I believe there is a return policy for these headphones.
