Son needed to replace his chat headset that came with his Xbox. Tried some cheaper ones first and they were horrible. Finally bought this one and we were both very pleased with it.

I had previously purchased another headset of a different brand, but similar price point. This one is way better the microphone picks up my voice even when I can't speak very loud.

These work well and sound pretty good, but don't expect more than you pay for.

The first pair didn’t work properly but the replacement pair functions well. The sound is clear and we are happy with the product.

Great price and love that I have a warranty on them so even if they break Best Buy will replace them at no charge. Glad the cashier offered the warranty to me and explained how it works.
