My son utilizes the headset and loves it. He did accidentally rip the chord out while the chord was under a chair. BB replaced the item for us.

the only complaint i have is the old xbox controllers need an adapter to use them. but the kids knew how to make it work

If you're just starting to game this is a nice and easy headset to play around with until you are comfortable with other headsets.

You get what you paid for but still works great!!! I kinda wish the mouth piece could go up and down and not always near my face.

These are perfect for kids just starting to become gamers that need headsets for more than just video games.

All of the equipment works as advertised. The Magnolia team did an outstanding job of describing the equipment and designing a system that met my desire.

I was never a big tortious bay fanboy and this wasn't an exception. The sound quality was good and I had no troubles with my Xbox. However the ear cups are slightly too small for over-ears and I have smaller ears. Connecting to a computer is a nightmare because they mic won't work without a splitter and even then it's shady at best.

I like it but I miss my triton and the ability to control volume, maybe I should do some reseach into the turtly beach brand...

like I said it's the first set. my son recommended them since he has the same headset and so does my other son. great when we're playing against each other.
