Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
If you have any questions or concerns, our products are each sold with a manufacturer's warranty, and we have a dedicated Support Team available to provide assistance as needed. We’re always happy to help, and we can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website.
