He did have the sound go bad, after 3 weeks or so. We were able to take them back, yet (Elite member); and get a new pair, but then decided to purchase the additional insurance.

The crackling in the speakers almost immediately began and finally one ear went bad. And the second ear finally broke. Think it was the cords. Not built for younger users.

You can communicate but everyone will tell you they hear all kinds of feedback. Background noises pick up really bad. In game sounds aren't clear. Might as well just have a pair of ear buds in

Didn’t work as well

Broke in one month

Had to trash them in less then a week. Because i bought them before Christmas obviously and was a few weeks wait before Christmas its been way over 30 days and cant return.

Terrible purchase

Broke after one week
