    Although I don't personally use these, my son does. He does like them. He did have the sound go bad, after 3 weeks or so. We were able to take them back, yet (Elite member); and get a new pair, but then decided to purchase the additional insurance.

    Although initially great, it lasted about 2 months. The crackling in the speakers almost immediately began and finally one ear went bad. And the second ear finally broke. Think it was the cords. Not built for younger users.

    If you're looking for something cheap. This Headset is that. You can communicate but everyone will tell you they hear all kinds of feedback. Background noises pick up really bad. In game sounds aren't clear. Might as well just have a pair of ear buds in

    The product broke within less than 30days..... It just stops working on the same day as this review and I been trying to contact customer service and waited for over 40 minutes for a reply

    This one didn’t work as well as the other one I reviewed that I purchased at Best Buy, low quality, couldn’t hear my friends on the other side. Wont recommend

    Had it for one month and 5 days. No longer returnable and only one side works. Unreal. I’ve used them maybe 4 times.

    The first time it was unplugged feim the switch the aux peice broke off on the way out. Had to trash them in less then a week. Because i bought them before Christmas obviously and was a few weeks wait before Christmas its been way over 30 days and cant return.

    I was always a long time Turtle Beach fan so when I got my son a set up naturally I got him Turtle Beach, good thing I got the warranty on them cause I was always returning​ this product every 3 months because of blown speakers

    Not a terrible headset, but you get what you pay for. Drop the extra dollars on the new Xbox branded wireless ones.

    Make sure you buy the protection plan on this headset because at least once every 2 months they break. Microphone stops working, headset loses volume.

    The end broke off the 3.5 jack after one week. Bought a second one it also broke the first week would not buy again or an thing from Turtle Beach very poor quality.

    Kind of low sound can’t really hear when someone is talking. Even if the sound is on full blast, it’s still very low
