    After 3 months the headphones snapped near the ear piece. Now its being held with tape. I take very good care of my things, especially for music and was disappointed.

    I should have read a few reviews before buying this gaming headset. I did like the price (they were on sale), but the sweetness of a low price did not overwhelm the bitterness of poor quality.

    this headset is comfortable, but you could barely hear anything. I wouldn’t recommend needs to have more Volume.

    Mic never worked. Grandson wasnt happy. Got a 2nd one. It doesnt work either so if u want a working mic- looks like you must buy another type. Turtle beach is usualoy great. Not on these.

    When we got home, we plugged this new headset in, checked for updates and the microphone sounded terrible to everyone in the chat. Retuned it and bought the a10 astros instead.

    It’s hard to hear the game and constantly has a hard time connecting. I wouldn’t recommend this set even for a beginner, spend more money and get a better set

    AVOID Turtle Beach-equipment failed in < 6 weeks.

    PARENTS AND GAMERS - AVOID - this is junk. Bought this the week after Christmas. The microphone failed after 5 weeks of light use. Emailed manufacturer after following their online troubleshooting. Rather than fixing the problem, all they did was send me troubleshooting instructions.

    This was a open box idle and the 3.5 mm Jack was broken but I didn't notice until I plugged it into the Xbox controller. I live in entirely too far out to bring it back to the store.

    Overpriced for what you get. Not the best sound quality and there's definitely better. I'm not a fan of the plastic bits, they feel like they would snap in my hands.
