Spend the extra money and get a good one, personally for Xbox one series x I’m going to get the hyperx cloud alpha wired headset as the reviews are fantastic. Good luck

My son is always really good about taking care of his stuff so I know he didn't do anything to mess them up. I just hope I can exchange them for another pair.

The headphones seems sturdy and fit well, but after a few days, there was no sound. I returned them and upgraded to a more expensive pair.

Fine for Xbox, but it's a misadvertisement that this can work out of the box for PC.

This headset can be used on PC's and Laptops that are equipped with a single headset jack. However, if you happen to have a PC or Laptop with separate headphone & microphone jacks, then you would be in need of the additional PC splitter cable that you made mention of.

He had them for two days and the power cord just came out of the head set rendering them useless. Buy a different set!!! This set is not worth $1 the way they are so cheaply made!!!!

Sound doesn’t always work
