    Quit working after a few days exchanged for another and did not work at all. We used it with an after market Xbox remote maybe that's why not compatible but I don't see why that should be an issue went with another head set works great now.

    The headset I received microphone would cut out when I first started using the headset. Now it doesn't even work. I'm back to using my old cell phone headset and out the price of this headset. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

    Mute switch broke in less than 24 hours. sound quality was terrible. right side stopped working after a few days.

    Sure these are cheap, unfortunately they are cheap. Not what I was expecting in from Turtle Beach. I have a higher end MLG Turtle Beach pair that cost more but are well worth the extra price. Don't skimp!

    Sound is terrible,I've had better sounding 99¢ earphones online. And you sweat like 10 seconds after putting them on. Children don't even want these atrocities.

    Don't waste your money on these. Didn't work right out of the box, so returned to store and got a better pair. Want good gaming headphones, then spend the money for a good pair.

    My son cannot hear sound or communicate with his friends. He had thrown out the packaging, so I don't think it can be returned. Total waste of money. Very disappointed.

    These always break so if you buy them you need to purchase the warranty so you can continue to replace them
