    total piece of crap... i had it for one minute in my controller and it stopped working, and so when i went to unplug it and plug it back in, the audio jack came out of the rubber housing, like completely out... absolute junk

    I went to use the headset for the first time & the microphone does not work. Lost my receipt & threw out the box so i couldn’t return.

    Not what I was personally used to. Felt cheap and the mic and sound is bad compared to my Turtle Beach 700 for my PS5. I went back and just bought the Turtle beach 600 Gen 2 for my Xbox instead. You get what you pay for. The more expensive headsets are worth it. trust me !

    not compatible with any xbox controller, unknown if cord broken or headset malfunction. Unable to return per shop b/c of not having package it came in. did not buy warranty and regret that. Useless and waste if my time and money.

    I would have liked to use these ( I got them for Christmas) but if you were loyal and bought an Xbox one when it came out you need to pay an extra $25 to even use them because you need a jack.Wow Turtle beach thanks a lot.
