A lemon

The first paint wasn't able to connect to the chats. We tried on different platforms, different remotes and different consoles. First pair was a fluke, second pair works great.

I wish you could make them a little louder, not saying it's not loud but it would be nice to have the option to make you deaf. Over all great product

Perfect Headset for Gaming!

The helpful staff pointed out several options and recommended this set for a teen's price range as being good value for a first time purchase of a headset. He was very pleased with the set and the Best Buy employees that helped me to choose it!
