The cord is so easily tangled, but it’s manageable. Sound is fine, and buddies say they can hear me clearly when gaming together and talking through the headset.

My son loves them and is very pleased with how great the sound is. I ordered these online and did the curb-side pick up and customer service came out in a timely fashion. Best Buy has the best prices compared to anyone else!
