If you want a mic that is more clear you’ll have to spend more money. These did work for me for years, so they are pretty reliable and good to use as a first timer.

Picked up this set for monitoring and commentary on my gameplay videos and it works great. Only stereo sound so if you want full surrounded you will need a module to add that.

I bought two high end ones that I had to return before that wouldn’t work and it was super frustrating. Don’t waste your money on expensive headsets, people. You’ll get the same function and quality out of these than any other.

The head set is what you would expect from Turtle Beach. A quality program for a fair price. I’ve used TB products for online gaming for years.
