These seem to be a quality product, however it doesn't work for some reason. It could be a setting on my tv, however, I have followed all of the instructions that came with the headset, still with no luck. I hate to return it so I just use it as another set of headphones however it's disappointing because I wanted to use the chat feature. The sound just will not go through the headphones even if my tv is no longer sending sound out through the speakers. I just gave up until perhaps we can call a geek squad technician to come diagnose the problem. Annoying since these should be so simple, just plug and play. Even without using the online chat, it would be so nice to have a surround sound effect through the headphones since we didn't invest in a speaker set, thinking that these would be for that purpose.. blah

Really good headset. My lil sister loved it. She plays several hours Fortnite while talking with her friends! It has a good size for a kid

The headphones fit nicely on the head and are very comfortable to wear, even with glasses. My only criticism is that the microphone is small and not really adjustable in front of the face. Other than that, for the price of $40, they’re definitely worth it.

These are comfortable to wear and maintain good sound. Others can hear you clearly. Not as durable as other higher-end brands but as long as you care for them and not toss around, these should provide many hours of gaming pleasure for a reasonable price.

Fairly comfortable, your ears will touch the drivers but the mic is amazingly good for the price. Edit: After having having them six months later I'm happy to say that the headphones still work just as the day they were opened. The only downside to these I would say is the fact that long gaming sessions tend to leave your ears and the top of your head with some pain as the padding on these are minimal ESPECIALLY on the headband! Other than that, great sound and an even better Mic make this a decent headphone for the pricepoint.

Overall enjoying this headset, they are comfy and have great sound. I can wear them for hours and have my glasses on with hardly any pressure points on my head. The cons: I am not a fan of how you turn the mic on and off, have to reposition the mic up and down. Also when I want to charge my controller while playing and in a party, my friends say they can hear a static/high pitched noise. I am not sure if it is the headphones doing that or just my controller/Xbox. I had no problems with my last headset. For the cost of the headset I can put up with the minor things, just had to get in the habit of charging my controller when not in a party chat.

This was affordable and durable for young kids. The directions to connect to tv was a little tuff but overall can be used with gaming system. Really good with labtop also. Thank god for offering a warranty because this kid is young. Price was very reasonable.

Got my first Xbox with this headset. After 4 months, it's starting to only come out one side of the Headset & I can't hear the game no more. Voice chat works fine, but the sound effects for the game stays silent now. They worked really well when I would use them. Sound was excellent, voice was clear, couldn't hear any noise from the outside when gaming which was cool. I would recommend buying these. Not bad for the price as well

This turtle beach headset is solid. It has really good sound, it's comfortable to wear and is easy to use with the flip up mute function. The only downsides to this mic are: The noise cancelling isn't great. My air conditioner sounds shouldn't be coming through the mic. There isn't an offset angled plug in to the controller which will inevitably create a weak point in the wire. Overall it's a good headset. But i think i will spring for a more expensive one next time...one with the features that are lacking in this model.

The quality of these are just as good as the more expensive brands. Have 3 pairs one down side is the cord but for the price it was worth it. One pair I bought a year ago are cordless and my son can't hear me from 2 feet away he doesn't even know its loud it blocks all other noise out and my son is not gentle with them and a yr later they are still great. I originally went looking for recons these are just as good if not better. The cord on the other 2 are for the littler kids but same quality.

Solid game sound, personally I don't like the mic, I sound alright but could be better. The cushions on these feel nice though would probably buy this again just for the sound.

I bought 2 of these for my kids and they love them. They are 9 and 6 and the design is great overall, as it still has a nice fit for them. I've listened to it myself and the audio is pretty good. My only issue with them (and it may be a Microsoft issue) is that the mic stops working for no apparent reason. You can leave the game and get back into it to make it work again but who wants to go through that. All in all, it is made pretty well. Definitely worth it for the price.

This is the perfect headset for the beginner gamer who want to up their gaming performance. The headset has given me the advantage while play Call of Duty Warzone, I am able to hear enemy footsteps when they're near by and even able to know in what direction they are approaching from. they are also comfortable to use over long periods of time, You cant go wrong with the price either, I strongly recommend this headset.

I'm a big fan of Turtle Beach. My previous headsets from them have a good track record when it comes to durability. I picked this headset mainly for the price and because of the flip mic mute feature. The sound is decent. Bass isn't very deep but at this price range I didn't expect it to be. The noise cancelling works pretty well. My one gripe is there is no mic feedback for my own voice which sounds strange to me.
