It's not the first Recon 70 I bought and not the only Turtle Beach headset I own. I've always relied on Turtle Beach for my gaming audio and they have not failed me yet. It was unfortunate that for whatever the reason was, I wasn't able to add geek squad protection to this particular product.

Worked for PC and wife needed for Zoom meetings. So we kept it. Average rating is because it did not work on Xbox One. For the price it is a good value for PC headset.
