I reached out to Turtle Beach and they sent another pair. This new pair is doing the exact same thing. Audio is great when working, but I would not purchase again since they work intermittently.

Poor quality sound on them blows out and i didn’t even have them at full volumes i had them set at 70%. really disappointed having to return and return and buy more expensive headphones to hopefully last longer than a week.
