Can't return the product. Waste of money and don't ever buy Turtle beaches because their products are the worse. Second one to break on me, and the first one lasted a little over a year. Should get no stars.

Dont give to kids
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent for a year of use if your giving it to your kids the quality of the wires in the cord is quite flimsy so when they don't listen and carry it around by the cord they will eventually separate, you can fix quite easily with a soldering iron.
