They are happy with them but I hope they don't break. I had to replace them many times but it seems like the last one is lasting pretty well.

Great selection and the quality is great. He is so happy that he can still talk to friends online even if they can't get together. The last set he had broke very easily, so far this Best Buy headset is going strong. Thank you!

The sound is crisp and there is some decent bass. While there most certainly are better headsets out there, this one certainly does the job considering the price.
