The instructions where a bit off for you have to adjust the volume by looking for the volume icon after u tap the center Xbox button and not actually go into settings and mess with sound and volume!

Good for Beginners but not real Durable

Stuck with this model because it was good and hope my grandson has learned to handle it more gently.

Works for the price

Quick flip microphone mute is nice. A possible downside is the straight headphone jack where it connects to the controller may be a weak spot or break if dropped or hit too hard. Other than that, for the money I’m very happy with the purchase.

Volume okay but not great or very loud. East to hear outside noise with these. I will upgrade next time we need headphones.

They are fairly comfortable (I used to have a 100 pair and these were actually more comfortable). I like the flip up on the mic so that you can mute yourself. The green color looks nice and is an added bonus.

He broke his last set(turtle beaches do tend to break at the headband). So far he said they've done great and are holding up. Good gaming headset overall for the money.
