I am playing a game on my Xbox then the sounds drops in the headphones and comes out of the TV, then it reconnects and I am back on headset. I expected better. When they are connected they are excellent.

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers.
