Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.worked fine for a few months now it seems that half the time (if not more often) when I flip to mute mic or flip back down to unmute the tone in the headset freaks out and is playing 4-5 times for one action. Sometimes even gets itself stuck trying to play a bunch of tones at once (from the flip to mute) and plays the beeping but is stuck so it's just a long drawn out noise that never ends until you turn the headset off. The noise is not quiet either you can't hear anything but the constant noise. It's awful now that this is a problem for me. Will not buy another one and probably won't buy turtle beach.

I gave it a three for the sound, but they are such a pain in the butt.
