Decent beginner head set but wouldn’t recommend if playing call of duty or any game that relies on hearing foot steps mic acts up when cutting off mic it remains on

there are a couple reasons that I am giving this a 4 star. The first reason for me was that the Swarm application on PC was limited to what you could do. The only thing it did for me was tell me I had to update the headsets firmware. This also came with some issues trying to update it but eventually got there. But I would have loved to be able to make changes like you can with the phone app. The other issue for me was that the phone app also stated it needed to be updated and had an option to skip this for now but that just brought me back to the main screen to have to update. I could not change settings or do anything on the phone app until I updated the headset. But once I was able to get the headset to update, then the app was not so bad to use. I think it would also have been neat if they had some voice changing options. That said, it was plug and play with the dongle. It worked great on the Xbox and PC. It has some built in functions on the headset itself that you can change. I have an older stealth 600 that connects directly to the Xbox and that one seems to cut out/disconnect all the time. This one, I had the mic cut out once and that was because the headset battery was almost dead. I had used it all week and weekend few hours each day during the week and more on the weekend. Once I plugged it in to charge the mic worked again. Sound is pretty good. Has a descent overall range. Bass was not overpowering. You can set this though to have some more bass and fine tune it a bit more to your liking. But they performed better than I thought they would. The are not too tight on the ears and pretty comfortable to wear for longer game sessions. One of my preferences for a mic is to push it up to mute. If I am muting my mic, I also want to move it out of the way. This headset has that. The mic itself did not sound too bad either. Everyone heard me clear. Overall, great headset for price. You can connect to phone or other devices via Bluetooth as well. I have not tried them on PlayStation. They have another model for PlayStation. But that would be an added bonus to make them compatible across all platforms. I mainly play on PC so not being able to use the application on PC to customize was a bit disappointing. Hope they will update that. If they do, easily a 5 star.

Solid budget headphones have some connectivity issues but sound is clear and works just fine for what it is worth

Drops the Xbox wireless connection once in a great while. Sometimes mic will not work on Xbox and have to reconnect usb adapter and power cycle headset. Otherwise, it's fine.

Pretty decent for the price, great for gaming! Nothing mind blowing for music though!

The Heaset had audio issues when adjusting the column and connecting to the Xbox. Not a bad headset overall for the price and very comfortable as well!

Works great and auto turns off when i turn off my xbox love it.
