Connection drops frequently

I am playing a game on my Xbox then the sounds drops in the headphones and comes out of the TV, then it reconnects and I am back on headset. I expected better. When they are connected they are excellent.

Sometimes mic will not work on Xbox and have to reconnect usb adapter and power cycle headset. Otherwise, it's fine.
