    Would continuously drop connection after downloading app to computer. Deleted app from computer and went through the phone everything works fine now.

    Good quality headphones, very comfortable to wear, the only problem I have is the software for the product gives me a lot of trouble to update the firmware and fails constantly

    I got this headset for my nephew to use on his ps4. I always been a turtle beach brand guy but recently this products hasn't been up to par . My last 2 headsets ends up stop working and so I've moved on. My nephew loves this headset. Hasn't have any issues yet so hopefully this stays working.
